قَالَ أَمِيرُ الْمُؤْمِنِينَ ( صلوات الله عليه ) فِي رَجُلٍ لَهُ عَلَى رَجُلٍ مَالٌ فَيَتَقَاضَاهُ وَ لَا يَكُونُ عِنْدَهُ فَيَقُولُ هُوَ عِنْدَكَ مُضَارَبَةً قَالَ لَا يَصْلُحُ حَتَّى يَقْبِضَهُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Amir Al-Momineen<sup>asws</sup> said regarding a man who had some wealth for him upon a man, so he demanded it but it did not happen to be with him. So he said, ‘It is with you on a profit-sharing basis’, he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It is not correct until he takes possession of it (then lends it out on such a basis)’.
