فِي الْمُضَارِبِ مَا أَنْفَقَ فِي سَفَرِهِ فَهُوَ مِنْ جَمِيعِ الْمَالِ وَ إِذَا قَدِمَ بَلَدَهُ فَمَا أَنْفَقَ فَمِنْ نَصِيبِهِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Al Amraky Bin Ali, (It has been narrated) from Ali son of Ja’far<sup>asws</sup>, from his brother<sup>asws</sup> Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup> having said regarding the profit-sharing speculation: ‘Whatever he spends upon his journey so it would be from the entirety of the wealth (as valid deductible expenditure), and when he comes back to his city, so whatever he spends, so it would be from his own share’.
