Translation

Abu Ali Al Ashary, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Jabbar, from Safwan, from Ibn Muskan, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws, said, ‘I asked himasws about the man who happened to have the debt of known Dirhams upon him to a specified term. So the term came up and there were no Dirhams with the man upon whom was the debt. So he said, ‘Take Dinars from me with the exchange rate of the day’. Heasws said: ‘There is no problem with it’.
