سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ رَجُلٍ ضَمَّنَ عَلَى رَجُلٍ ضَمَاناً ثُمَّ صَالَحَ عَلَيْهِ قَالَ لَيْسَ لَهُ إِلَّا الَّذِي صَالَحَ عَلَيْهِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad Bin Isa, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ibn Bukeyr, from Umar Bin Yazeed who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about a man who guarantees upon a man with a guarantee, then reconciles upon it’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It is not for him (an amount) except that which he had reconciled upon’.
