سُئِلَ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَزْرَعُ الْأَرْضَ فَيَشْتَرِطُ لِلْبَذْرِ ثُلُثاً وَ لِلْبَقَرِ ثُلُثاً قَالَ لَا يَنْبَغِي أَنْ يُسَمِّيَ شَيْئاً فَإِنَّمَا يُحَرِّمُ الْكَلَامُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby wo said, ‘Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> was asked about the man who cultivated the land, so he stipulated a third for the sowing, and a third for the oxen (ploughing). He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It is not befitting that he mentioned anything, for the speech makes it Prohibited’.
