Translation
Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ahmad Bin Is’haq Al Razy who said, ‘A man wrote to Abu Al Hassanasws the 3rd, ‘A man leased a place from a man, so the lessor sold that place which he had leased out in the presence of the lessee, and the lessee did not deny the lessor of the sale, and he was present for it, a witness upon it. So the buyer died, and for him were inheritors, can they retract that in the inheritance or would it remain in the hand of the lessee up to the expiration of his term?’ So heasws wrote: ‘Up to the expiration of his term’.
