قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) فِي سَيْلِ وَادِي مَهْزُورٍ أَنْ يُحْبَسَ الْأَعْلَى عَلَى الْأَسْفَلِ لِلنَّخْلِ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ وَ لِلزَّرْعِ إِلَى الشِّرَاكَيْنِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Giyas Bin Ibrahim, from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> judged regarding a waterflow of the valley of Mahzour that the upper part should withhold upon the lower part, for the palm tree up to the (level of) the two ankles, and for the cultivation up to the two shoe-straps’.
