قَضَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) فِي سَيْلِ وَادِي مَهْزُورٍ لِلنَّخْلِ إِلَى الْكَعْبَيْنِ وَ لِأَهْلِ الزَّرْعِ إِلَى الشِّرَاكَيْنِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ali Bin Asbaat, from Ali Bin Shajara, from Hafs Bin Giyas, from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘Rasool-Allah<sup>saww</sup> judged regarding a waterway of the valley of Mahzour, for the palm trees it can be up to the two ankles, and for the farmers up to the two shoe-straps’.
