سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ أَيُّمَا قَوْمٍ أَحْيَوْا شَيْئاً مِنَ الْأَرْضِ وَ عَمَرُوهَا فَهُمْ أَحَقُّ بِهَا وَ هِيَ لَهُمْ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Muhammad Bin Humran, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said, ‘I heard Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘Whichever people revive something from the land, and work upon it, so they are more rightful with it, and it is for them’.
