Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Muhammad Bin Abdullah Bin Hilal, from Uqba Bin Khalid, from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘Rasool-Allahsaww judged regarding a waterway for the palm trees with the flow that the upper parts are irrigated before the lower, and the water is left up to the two ankles. Then the water is to be channelled to the lower parts which follow it. It should be like that until the gardens are irrigated and the water is depleted’.
