إِذَا وَقَعَتِ السِّهَامُ ارْتَفَعَتِ الشُّفْعَةُ .
Translation
Ali Bin Muhammad, from Ibrahim Bin Is’haq, from Abdullah Bin Hammad, from Jameel Bin Darraj, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When the shares are drawn (lots), the (right of) pre-emption is lifted’.
