Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali Bin Yaqteen, from his father Al Husayn, from Ali Bin Yaqteen who said, ‘I asked Abu Al Hassanasws about the man who hired the ship for a year, or less or more. Heasws said: ‘The hire charges are necessitated up to the time which he had hired it up to, and the choice in taking the hire charges is up to its owner, if he so desires to he takes, and if he so desires to he leaves’.
