Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Sahl, from his father who said, ‘I asked Abu Al Hassan Musaasws about the man who rents the house and the ship from the man for a year, or more or less. Heasws said: ‘Its rent is necessitated up to the time which he had hired it to, and the choice regarding taking the rent is up to its owner, if he so desires to he takes, and if he so desires to he leaves’.
