Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Muhammad Bin Abdullah Bin Hilal, from Uqba Bin Khalid who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about a man who came to a land of a man, so he cultivated it without his permission until when the plantation matured, the owner of the land came over, so he said, ‘You cultivated without my permission, so your plantation is for me, and for you upon me is whatever you have spent’. Is that for him or not?’ So heasws said: ‘For the farmer is his cultivation, and for the owner of the land is the rent for his land’.
