مَنْ أُخِذَتْ مِنْهُ أَرْضٌ ثُمَّ مَكَثَ ثَلَاثَ سِنِينَ لَا يَطْلُبُهَا لَمْ يَحِلَّ لَهُ بَعْدَ ثَلَاثِ سِنِينَ أَنْ يَطْلُبَهَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ismail Bin Marrar, from yunus, from a man, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one from whom a land is taken away, then he remains for three years not seeking it, it would not be Permissible for him after three years that he seeks it’.
