میں نے انہیں کہتے ہوئے سنا: رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ نے فرمایا: 'کیا میں تمہیں تمہاری بدترین عورتوں کے بارے میں نہ بتاؤں؟ وہ جو اپنے گھر والوں میں ذلیل ہو مگر شوہر پر غالب ہو، بانجھ، کینہ پرور، جو کسی بری بات سے نہ رکے، جب شوہر غائب ہو تو بن ٹھن کر باہر جائے، اور جب وہ موجود ہو تو پاک دامن بن جائے — نہ اس کی بات سنے نہ اس کے حکم کی اطاعت کرے؛ اور جب شوہر اس سے تنہائی میں ملنا چاہے تو وہ یوں روکے جیسے سرکش سواری سواری کرنے سے روکتی ہے، نہ اس کا عذر قبول کرے اور نہ اس کا گناہ معاف کرے۔'

Translation

A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad and Muhammad Bin Yaha, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad and Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, altogether from Ibn Mahboub, form Ali Bin Raib, from Abu Hamza, from Jabir Bin Abdullah who said, ‘I heard him^asws saying: ‘Rasool-Allah^saww said: ‘Shall I inform you all with the most evil of your women? (She is the one who is) the disgraced among her family, and (despite being) dear with her husband, she is the sterile, the vengeful, who does not have any qualms from ugliness, the welcoming (to others) whenever her husband is absent from her, the one who is reserved when she is with him; whenever he is present she does not listen to his words nor does she obey his instructions; and whenever he husband is alone with her she prevents him just like the stubborn animal prevents from being ridden, not accepting any excuses from him nor forgiving any of his mistakes’.
