سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الْخَبِيثَةِ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا الرَّجُلُ قَالَ لَا وَ قَالَ إِنْ كَانَ لَهُ أَمَةٌ وَطِئَهَا وَ لَا يَتَّخِذْهَا أُمَّ وَلَدِهِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Al A’ala Bin Razeyn, from Muhammad Bin Muslim who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> about the wicked (immoral) woman, can the man marry her?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘No’. And he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘If there is a slave girl for him, he can copulate with her, but he should not take her as a mother of his children’.
