سُئِلَ عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَكُونُ لَهُ الْخَادِمُ وَلَدَ زِنًى عَلَيْهِ جُنَاحٌ أَنْ يَطَأَهَا قَالَ لَا وَ إِنْ تَنَزَّهَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ أَحَبُّ إِلَيَّ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Muhammad Bin Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> was asked about the man who happened to have the maid for him born of adultery, would there be a blame upon him if he was to copulate with her?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘No, and if he was to remain aloof from that, so it would be more beloved to me<sup>asws</sup>’.
