سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ يَحِلُّ الْفَرْجُ بِثَلَاثٍ نِكَاحٍ بِمِيرَاثٍ وَ نِكَاحٍ بِلَا مِيرَاثٍ وَ نِكَاحٍ بِمِلْكِ الْيَمِينِ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Abbas Bin Musa, from Muhammad Bin Ziyad, from Al Husayn Bin Zayd who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘The private parts have been Made to be Permissible by three – a marriage by inheritance, and a marriage without inheritance, and a marriage by the possession of the right hand (slave girl)’.
