سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ يَحِلُّ الْفَرْجُ بِثَلَاثٍ نِكَاحٍ بِمِيرَاثٍ وَ نِكَاحٍ بِلَا مِيرَاثٍ وَ نِكَاحٍ بِمِلْكِ الْيَمِينِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from Muhammad Bin Isa, from Yunus, from Al Husay Bin Zayd who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘The private Parts are Made to be Permissible by three – a marriage by inheritance, and a marriage without inheritance, and a marriage of the possession of the right hand (slave girl)’.
