الرَّجُلِ يَدْخُلُ بِالْمَرْأَةِ ثُمَّ تَدَّعِي عَلَيْهِ مَهْرَهَا فَقَالَ إِذَا دَخَلَ بِهَا فَقَدْ هَدَمَ الْعَاجِلَ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Fazzal, from Ibn Bukeyr, from Ubeyd Bin Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the man who copulated with the woman, then she claimed upon him for her dower. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘When he copulated with her, so it demolished the immediate (dower) (i.e. rendered it irrelevant)’.
