مَنْ أَمْهَرَ مَهْراً ثُمَّ لَا يَنْوِي قَضَاءَهُ كَانَ بِمَنْزِلَةِ السَّارِقِ .
Translation
Ali Bin Muhammad, from Salih Bin Abu Hammad, from Ibn Fazzal, form one of our companions, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who agrees a dower, then he does not intend to pay it, would be at the status of the thief’.
