الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ وَ لَا يَجْعَلُ فِي نَفْسِهِ أَنْ يُعْطِيَهَا مَهْرَهَا فَهُوَ زِنًى .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Abu Abdullah, from his father, from Khalaf Bin Hammad, from Rabie Bin Abdullah, from Al Fuzayl Bin Yasaar, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the man who married the woman but did not make it within himself that he would be giving her dower to her, so he is an adulterer’.
