مَنْ تَزَوَّجَ الْمَرْأَةَ وَ لَا يَجْعَلُ فِي نَفْسِهِ أَنْ يُعْطِيَهَا مَهْرَهَا فَهُوَ زِنًى .
Translation
Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moalla Bin Muhammad, from Al Hasan Bin Ali, from Hammad Bin Usman, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The one who marries the woman but does not make it in his self that he would be giving her dower to her, so he is an adulterer’.
