إِذَا دَخَلَ الرَّجُلُ بِامْرَأَتِهِ ثُمَّ ادَّعَتِ الْمَهْرَ وَ قَالَ قَدْ أَعْطَيْتُكِ فَعَلَيْهِ الْبَيِّنَةُ وَ عَلَيْهِ الْيَمِينُ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Ahmad, from Muhammad Bin Abdul Hameed, from Abu Jameela, from Al Hassan Bin Ziyad, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When the man copulates with his wife, then he pays the dower and said, ‘I have given you’, so upon him would be the (burden of) the proof, and upon him would be the swearing (of an oath)’.
