Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Mahboub, from Abu Ayoub, from Abu Ubeyda, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’farasws regarding a man who married a woman but did not copulate with her. So she claims that her dower was of one hundred Dinars, and the husband mentions that her dower was of fifty Dinars, and there is no proof between the two of them. So heasws said: ‘The (final) word is the word of the husband with a swear (of an oath)’.
