الْمَرْأَةُ الَّتِي قَدْ مَلَكَتْ نَفْسَهَا غَيْرَ السَّفِيهَةِ وَ لَا الْمُوَلَّى عَلَيْهَا إِنَّ تَزْوِيجَهَا بِغَيْرِ وَلِيٍّ جَائِزٌ .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Umar Bin Azina, from Al Fuzayl Bin Yasaar and Muhammad Bin Muslim and Zurara Bin Ayn and Bureyd in Muawiya, (It has been narrated) from Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The woman who is in control of herself, being without foolishness, and there is no master upon her, if she were to get married without a guardian, it is allowed’.
