سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ لَا يَنْقُضُ النِّكَاحَ إِلَّا الْأَبُ .
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, form Ali Bin Raib, from Zurara Bin Ayn who said, ‘I heard Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘None can revoke the marriage except for the father’.
