لَا تَزَوَّجُ ذَوَاتُ الْآبَاءِ مِنَ الْأَبْكَارِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ آبَائِهِنَّ .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Ala’a Bin Razeyn, from Ibn Abu Yafour, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The virgins who are with a father cannot get married except by the permission of their fathers’.
