John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ تَزَوَّجَ امْرَأَةً وَ شَرَطَ عَلَيْهَا أَنْ يَأْتِيَهَا إِذَا شَاءَ وَ يُنْفِقَ عَلَيْهَا شَيْئاً مُسَمًّى كُلَّ شَهْرٍ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِهِ .


Translation

Al Husayn Bin Muhammad, from Moalla Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Ali, from Aban Bin Usman, from Abdul Rahman Bin Abu Abdullah, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about a man who married a woman and stipulated upon her that he would be coming to her whenever he so desires to, and he would be spending upon her a specified amount every month. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem’.
