Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Muhammad Bin Sinan, from Ismail Bin Jabir who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullahasws about a man who looked at a woman, so she fascinated him. So he asked about her, and it was said that she is the daughter of so and so. So he went over to her father and said, ‘Get your daughter married to me’. But, he married someone else to him, and she gave birth from him. So he came to know that it was other than his daughter, and that she is a slave’. So heasws said: ‘The mother would be returned to her master, and the child for the man, and upon the one who gave her in marriage would be the price of the child to be given to the master of the mother, as he had deceived the man and cheated him’.
