Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Al Nowfaly, from Al Sakuny, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘The marriage is not Permissible today in Al-Islam with wages, if he is saying, ‘I will work with you for such and such years upon a stipulation that you would marry your daughter, or your sister to me’. It is Prohibited because it would be a price for her neck, and she is more rightful with her dower’.
