سَمِعْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) قَالَ لَا تُنْكَحُ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا وَ لَا خَالَتِهَا إِلَّا بِإِذْنِ الْعَمَّةِ وَ الْخَالَةِ .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Al Hassan Bin Mahboub, from Ali Bin Raib, from Abu Ubeyda Al Haza’a who said, ‘I heard Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup>, he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Do not marry the woman (as an additional wife) upon her paternal aunt, nor upon the maternal aunt, except with the permission of the paternal aunt, and the maternal aunt’.
