سَأَلْتُهُ عَنْ رَجُلٍ طَلَّقَ امْرَأَتَهُ ثَلَاثاً ثُمَّ تَمَتَّعَ فِيهَا رَجُلٌ آخَرُ هَلْ تَحِلُّ لِلْأَوَّلِ قَالَ لَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Hareyz, from Muhammad Bin Muslim, (It has been narrated) from one of the two (5<sup>th</sup> or 6<sup>th</sup> Imam<sup>asws</sup>), said, ‘I asked him<sup>asws</sup> about a man who divorces his wife with three (divorces), then another man had temporary marriage with her, would she be Permissible for the first one?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘No’.
