Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, and Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, from Usman Bin Isa, from Sama’at, and Ibn Muskann, from Suleyman Bin Khalid, said, ‘I asked himasws about a man who marries a woman during her waiting period. Heasws said: ‘There would be separation between them both, and if he had slept with her, so there would be the dower for her with what she had permitted from her private parts, and there would be separation between them both, and she would not be Permissible for him, ever; but if he did not happen to have slept with her, so there is nothing for her from her dower’.
