Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Safwan, from Is’haq Bin Ammar who said, ‘I said to Abu Ibrahimasws (7th Imamasws), ‘It has reached us from yourasws fatherasws that the man, when he marries the woman during her waiting period, she would not be Permissible for him, ever’. So heasws said: ‘This is when he has knowing. So if he was ignorant, they would be separated, and she would observe her waiting period, then he would marry her with a new marriage’.
