عِدَّةٌ مِنْ أَصْحَابِنَا عَنْ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ رَفَعَهُ أَنَّ الرَّجُلَ إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الْمَرْأَةَ وَ عَلِمَ أَنَّ لَهَا زَوْجاً فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَ لَمْ تَحِلَّ لَهُ أَبَداً .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, raising it, ‘(He<sup>asws</sup> said): ‘The man, when he marries the woman and knows that there is a husband for her, separation would be effected between them both, and she would not be Permissible for him, ever’.
