إِذَا خَطَبَ الرَّجُلُ الْمَرْأَةَ فَدَخَلَ بِهَا قَبْلَ أَنْ تَبْلُغَ تِسْعَ سِنِينَ فُرِّقَ بَيْنَهُمَا وَ لَمْ تَحِلَّ لَهُ أَبَداً .
Translation
A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Yaqoub Bin Yazeed, from one of our companions, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘When the man proposes to the woman, so he sleeps with her before she reaches nine years, separation would be effected between the two of them, and she would not be Permissible for him, ever’.
