قُلْتُ لَهُ الرَّجُلُ يَشْتَرِي الْأُخْتَيْنِ فَيَطَأُ إِحْدَاهُمَا ثُمَّ يَطَأُ الْأُخْرَى بِجَهَالَةٍ قَالَ إِذَا وَطِئَ الْأُخْرَى بِجَهَالَةٍ لَمْ تَحْرُمْ عَلَيْهِ الْأُولَى وَ إِنْ وَطِئَ الْأُخْرَى وَ هُوَ يَعْلَمُ أَنَّهَا تَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ حَرُمَتَا عَلَيْهِ جَمِيعاً .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Ibn Mahboub, from Ibn Raib, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup>, said, ‘I said to him<sup>asws</sup>, ‘The man buys the two sisters, so he sleeps with one of the two. Then he sleeps with the other out of ignorance’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘When he slept with the other one out of ignorance, the first one would not be Prohibited unto him, but if he slept with the other one and he knew that she is prohibited unto him, they would both together be Prohibited unto him’.
