Translation

Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Hassan Bin Mahboub, from Abdullah Bin Sinan, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws having said: ‘When a woman becomes a Muslim and her husband is upon other than Al-Islam, so separation would be effected between the two of them’. He (the narrator) said, ‘And I asked himasws about a man who emigrated and left his wife among the Polytheists, then she met up with him afterwards. Can he keep her with the first marriage, or has her chastity been cut off?’ Heasws said : ‘But, he can keep her and she is his wife’.
