Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Hammad, from Al Halby, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullahasws, said, ‘I asked himasws about a man who emigrated and left his wife with the Polytheists. Then she met up with him afterwards. Can he keep her with the first marriage or has her chastity been cut off?’ Heasws said: ‘He can keep her and she is his wife’.
