John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْهَا يَعْنِي الْمُتْعَةَ فَقَالَ لِي حَلَالٌ فَلَا تَتَزَوَّجْ إِلَّا عَفِيفَةً إِنَّ اللَّهَ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ يَقُولُ وَ الَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حافِظُونَ فَلَا تَضَعْ فَرْجَكَ حَيْثُ لَا تَأْمَنُ عَلَى دِرْهَمِكَ .


Translation

And from him, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Abbas Bin Musa, from Is’haq, from Abu Sarah who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about it, meaning the <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span>, so he<sup>asws</sup> said to me: ‘Permissible, so do not marry except for the chaste women. Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic is Saying <span class="ibTxt"><a href="/#/books/quran:70#h29"><a href="/books/quran:70#h29">[70:29]</a></a> And those who guard their private parts</span>, therefore do not place your private part where you would not feel safe upon your Dirham’.
