John Shaqi

لَا تَكُونُ مُتْعَةٌ إِلَّا بِأَمْرَيْنِ أَجَلٍ مُسَمًّى وَ أَجْرٍ مُسَمًّى .


Translation

A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, and Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, altogether, from Ibn Mahboub, from Jameel Bin Salih, from Zurara, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> having said: ‘The <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span> does not occur except with two matters – a specified term and a specified recompense’.
