لَا بُدَّ مِنْ أَنْ تَقُولَ فِي هَذِهِ الشُّرُوطِ أَتَزَوَّجُكِ مُتْعَةً كَذَا وَ كَذَا يَوْماً بِكَذَا وَ كَذَا دِرْهَماً نِكَاحاً غَيْرَ سِفَاحٍ عَلَى كِتَابِ اللَّهِ عَزَّ وَ جَلَّ وَ سُنَّةِ نَبِيِّهِ ( صلى الله عليه وآله ) وَ عَلَى أَنْ لَا تَرِثِينِي وَ لَا أَرِثَكِ وَ عَلَى أَنْ تَعْتَدِّي خَمْسَةً وَ أَرْبَعِينَ يَوْماً وَ قَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ حَيْضَةً .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Muhammad Bin Al Husayn, and a number of our companions, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Usman Bin Isa, from Sama’at, from Abu Baseer, ‘He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘It is inevitable that you should be saying regarding these stipulations, ‘I hereby marry you with <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span>, for such and such day, and with such and such Dirhams, a marriage without adultery, upon the Book of Allah<sup>azwj</sup> Mighty and Majestic, and a Sunnah of His<sup>azwj</sup> Prophet<sup>saww</sup>, and upon a stipulation that neither will you inherit me nor will I inherit you, and upon a stipulation that you will be observing a waiting period of forty five days’. And some of them (reporters) have said, ‘One menstruation’.
