سَأَلْتُ أَبَا جَعْفَرٍ ( عليه السلام ) عَنْ مُتْعَةِ النِّسَاءِ قَالَ حَلَالٌ وَ إِنَّهُ يُجْزِئُ فِيهِ الدِّرْهَمُ فَمَا فَوْقَهُ .
Translation
Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Al Husayn Bin Saeed, from Hammad Bin Isa, from Shuayb Bin Yaqoub, from Abu Baseer who said, ‘I asked Abu Ja’far<sup>asws</sup> about <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span> of the women. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Permissible, and it suffices (as a dower) in it, the Dirham and what is above it’.
