أَرْسَلْتُ إِلَى أَبِي الْحَسَنِ ( عليه السلام ) كَمْ أَدْنَى أَجَلِ الْمُتْعَةِ هَلْ يَجُوزُ أَنْ يَتَمَتَّعَ الرَّجُلُ بِشَرْطِ مَرَّةٍ وَاحِدَةٍ قَالَ نَعَمْ .
Translation
Muhammad, from Ahmad Bin Muhammad, from Muhammad Bin Khalid, from Khalaf Bin Hammad who said, ‘I sent a message to Abu Al-Hassan<sup>asws</sup>, ‘How much is the lowest term for the <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span>. Is it allowed if the man does <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span> with a stipulation of (copulating) once?’ He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘Yes’.
