John Shaqi

سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَتَزَوَّجُ الْمَرْأَةَ عَلَى عَرْدٍ وَاحِدٍ فَقَالَ لَا بَأْسَ وَ لَكِنْ إِذَا فَرَغَ فَلْيُحَوِّلْ وَجْهَهُ وَ لَا يَنْظُرْ .


Translation

A number of our companions, from Sahl Bin Ziyad, from Ibn Fazzal, from Al Qasim Bin Muhammad, from a man whom he named, said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the man who marries (Mut’a) the woman upon only going to bed once. So he<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem, but when he is free, so let him turn his face around and not look’.
