سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) يَقُولُ لَا بَأْسَ بِأَنْ يَتَمَتَّعَ بِالْبِكْرِ مَا لَمْ يُفْضِ إِلَيْهَا مَخَافَةَ كَرَاهِيَةِ الْعَيْبِ عَلَى أَهْلِهَا .
Translation
Muhammad Bin Yahya, from Ahmad and Abullah the two sons of Muhammad Bin Isa, from Ali Bin Al Hakam, from Ziyad Bin Abu Al Hallal who said, ‘I heard Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> saying: ‘There is no problem with him marrying by <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span> with the virgin only if fear of disgrace to her family will not affect her’.
