الْبِكْرِ يَتَزَوَّجُهَا الرَّجُلُ مُتْعَةً قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ مَا لَمْ يَفْتَضَّهَا .
Translation
Ali Bin Ibrahim, from his father, from Muhammad Bin Abu Umeyr, from Muhammad Bin Abu Hamza, from one of his companions, (It has been narrated) from Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> regarding the virgin whom the man marries by <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span>. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem for as long as he does not destroy her virginity’.
