سَأَلْتُ أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ( عليه السلام ) عَنِ الرَّجُلِ يَتَمَتَّعُ مِنَ الْجَارِيَةِ الْبِكْرِ قَالَ لَا بَأْسَ بِذَلِكَ مَا لَمْ يَسْتَصْغِرْهَا .
Translation
Ali, from his father, from Ibn Abu Umeyr, from Jameel Bin Darraj who said, ‘I asked Abu Abdullah<sup>asws</sup> about the man who marries by <span class="iTxt">Mut’a</span> with a virgin girl’. He<sup>asws</sup> said: ‘There is no problem with that for as long as he does not belittle her’.
